Please join us for our free monthly peer learning, networking and discussion event. Our next event coincides with International Women’s Day and our topic for discussion will be ‘Be Bold for Change’, facilitated by Megan Butler and John Robinson.

This event will be focusing on providing current and relevant information regarding women in the workplace and their underrepresentation in management roles. We will be focusing on peer-learning based discussion to identify leadership qualities required to be successful, how to identify them in employees, and discuss techniques on how to develop potential employees. This practical session will discuss relevant and current topics of developing future managers giving attendees useable tips and ideas that they can apply to their role.

  • Discussing how to identify and what biases or unconscious biases may affect us
  • Developing an action plan for identifying and developing potential managers in your organisation

Registration will commence at 18:15 and the discussion will start at 18:30.

There will be a mid-way break for networking and the event will close at 20:30.

The Chartered Management Institute London Peer Learning Group is a friendly place where anyone working or studying in Central London in management and leadership is welcome to join.
