An event for CMI members and students.
The CMI network meeting and guest speaker will focus on “The accidental manager”. This is someone who is experienced in their role, has excelled and is rewarded with being promoted to a management position without any guidance. They are thrown in at the deep end.
This network meeting will explore the curse of the accidental manager and provide some advice and guidance on how they can be supported to become effective managers. An essential event for all organisations both small and large!
NCD is one of the largest providers of CMI qualifications in the country and the event is intended to provide a networking opportunity and to promote ‘full’ membership of the CMI
