Please join us for our free monthly peer learning, networking and discussion event. The theme for May is Innovation: I crossed the stream, I had a dream and will be facilitated by Adrian Gregory, a Principal Upstream Consultant at MORE Oil & Gas Plc.
Everyone wants innovation, whether it be novelty or an improved way of being enterprising. There are so many inspiring articles published -- daily it seems. Everything is changing, do you need to be more innovative as an individual or at work?
During this session, we will explore first ‘why’ is innovation needed – “why do you need to innovate?”. From there we can start to create ‘new ideas’; ‘select the best’; and then ‘implement – having thought about any barriers we may face’. If the idea has ‘innovation’ someone will adopt it. The session group challenge will be to use some tools of ‘innovation’ – come and help us innovate!
Registration will commence at 18:15 and the discussion will start at 18:30. There will be a mid-way break for networking and the event will close at 20:30.
The Chartered Management Institute London Peer Learning Group is a friendly place where anyone working or studying in Central London in management and leadership is welcome to join.
