We've always known that genuine leadership leads to better performance, better morale, well-being and positive behaviour.
Developing people and organisations has always been challenging, fulfilling, pressured and full of stressors. Especially in the 21st Century. This is where mental toughness matters.
Mental Toughness is an aspect of our personality which determines how we deal with stress and pressure and how we can see change as a source of opportunity to grow and to develop.
This session will look at this important area and will examine briefly:
- What is mental toughness, resilience and optimism?
- How can I assess mental toughness and what it means for the organisation?
- Why it is probably the most important aspect of people and organisation development today?
- How can I develop mental toughness and my organisation?
You will learn:
- Understanding mental toughness and why it's important for me.
- How to assess my mental toughness and what it means for my performance.
- How to use this to develop my organisation.
Each participant will be provided with the opportunity to complete the MTQ psychometric measure in full confidence and free of charge.
