CMI Working in collaboration with the International Coach Federation (ICF)

The way that we look at the world influences what ever we do next, perspective plays such a big part in our own outcomes and for that of those we lead, support and coach.

Being able to play with different or multiple perspectives on a situation, a relationship, a challenge or our lives can provide us with powerful insights to unlocking potential.

Perception is truly projection and so being able to take multiple perspectives on ourselves and the way that we interact in the world, especially as coaches can lead to us working with a greater spectrum of clients. What we believe to be true often becomes our reality.

The evening will be spent playing with the concept of perceptual positions how we can use this in our own practice and how we can use this with those that we support.
