What do men really think of Gender Equality in the workplace? Are you a man who sees himself as a role model for change? What can we as Leaders and Business Owners do to change the attitudes in the workplace?

This event will enable you to work with women and men from businesses across Wales who believe in gender equality in the workplace. You will see the launch of the CMI Cymru Women network to support women in leadership roles. You will have an opportunity to hear and share your views on Chwarae Teg’s recent research on Male Perception of Gender Equality.

You will look at ways to encourage men to become role models for change. You will see how gender equality is good for business. You will also have fun!
