Our Speaker, Gary Headland, CEO of Lincoln College Group, will share stories of his experiences that have helped him lead many successful organisations, through this complex area of business.


Gary Headland

Gary was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Lincoln College Group (LCG) on 4th August 2014 and is responsible for further education and higher education colleges in Greater Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, China and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the heart of the LCG is Lincoln College with its campuses in Lincoln, Gainsborough and Newark. The LCG also has extensive higher education programmes and commercial operations with the Ministry of Justice at the Immigration and Removal Centre, Morton Hall. The LCG’s international export operations are extensive with joint programmes in two colleges in China (Sichuan College of Architectural Technology and Chengdu Polytechnic) and well as full responsibility for two colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh Technical Trainers College and Al Qatief College). Gary is the Chairman of the Lincolnshire Branch of the Institute of Directors, Chairman of the Federation of Greater Lincolnshire Colleges, a Director of the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, a Member of the Leadership in Lincolnshire Group, a Member of the Lincoln University Technical College and a Member of Court of Bishop Grosseteste University.
