“The accidental manager” is someone who is experienced in their role, has excelled and is rewarded with being promoted to a management position without any guidance. They are “thrown in at the deep end.”

This event will explore the curse of the accidental manager and provide some advice and guidance on how they can be supported to become effective managers, including the free management tools and the management courses available from CMI.  An essential event for individuals wishing to improve their management skills and for all organisations both small and large!
