With the launch of the Apprenticeship Levy and the development of CMI's Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeships, this event will highlight the role good management and leadership at all levels across the UK’s public and private sector has in closing Britain’s productivity gap.
The event, with a host of speakers, will draw upon the recent “Growth through People” report (UK Commission for Employment and Skills) and the CMI’s own “Improving Productivity Through People” initiative to galvanise collaboration between employers, professional bodies and the government to shape the thought leadership agenda for the pursuit of better-managed and better-led productivity across the North.
