15th November 2010 - Being successful at recruitment assessment centres

Assessment centres assist the recruitment process by giving candidates experience of a microcosm of the job while testing them on work-related activities as individuals and in groups. Interviewers can assess existing performance and predict future job performance. The branch training evening provides an opportunity to learn about assessment centres and to practise your skills away from the workplace.
