Free Management and Leadership Master Class

New year and new resolutions – make time on the 19th January to come to a free management and leadership master class at Manchester Metropolitan Univeristy Business School.

Delivered by staff from our MBA and MSc Management and MSc Leadership programmes, this workshop will cover the key skills used by successful managers, leaders and entrepreneurs and how you can apply these techniques to your workplace to motivate staff and achieve your business or organisation’s objectives.

There will be a particular focus on emotional intelligence (EI) and how, by becoming more astute at identifying and managing your reactions and behaviour and that of your colleagues and team members, you can generate a more creative and productive work environment. There will be a short EI task for you to follow-up and complete outside the class. If you send this to us, we’ll provide you with individual feedback. 

Light refreshments and University strength coffee and tea will be provided as well as a platter of fruit and spring water for those detoxing after the festive celebrations.
