Experienced Bid Manager seeking new Opportunities and Challenges
Dynamic and conscientious Bid Manager with 6 years experience in Bid Management & Business Development seeking new challenges and opportunities in the Southeast.
Employed as Business Development / Bid Manager until recently when the company I was employed by was acquired and as a result my position was made redundant.
I am skilled in bid management, bid writing, finance, project management, marketing and the structuring, creation and presentation of bids to high corporate standards. Proven ability of managing and coordinating internal and external department’s key to the successful delivery of bid projects. Strong evaluation and analytical skills, collating business models to determine service offering and commercial viability. Proven capability of effective time management through efficient planning and coordination of bids.
Have a good commercial and business awareness with experience of establishing and controlling bid budgets and schedules. Proven experience of planning and managing bid activities, resources and associated risks.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications including; Word, Excel, Visio, Acrobat and other web-based solutions. Highly motivated and focussed on the successful delivery of objectives.
