My name is Steve and i am currently undertaking a level 7 CMI as part of my course i have to submit a piece of work on Partnership working in my local town Blackburn with Darwen a critical evaluation of it. Having never done a Critical Evaluation before i am a little bit lost any advice will be gratefuly recieved
