Hi All ~ new to CMI ~ first post

Hi All

I'm relatively new here as I've signed up as a student in March. Currently studying for certificate in Management and Leadership (Just finished Managing Recruitment and Selection and now moving onto Financial Control). I'm really enjoying this at the moment and hope to carry onto the diploma next year.

I'm really hoping to do some e-networking with managers working in Education, especially Further Education.

Also interested in networking through linked in (hoping to start up my profile soon), maybe a bit of blogging (although I'm not sure what I could write about - any suggestions for newbies would be welcome) and also sharing ideas with peers on CPD as I am a new to management this year.

Hi Neil, welcome to the community. Maybe you could blog about your studies. I know lots of people blog about doing their GMAT and that kind of thing so maybe that would be of interest to fellow students.

Hi Neil. I look after the site here so can give you a hand if you wanted to start blogging. I agree with Matt, a blog about your studies would be very interesting. What do you think?
