Do new information technologies challange aging employees? or how do digitalization of works affects?

I would say new ways of working challenge all employees, not just ageing ones.  After all, strictly speaking we are all ageing aren't we? :-)

:) lol. everyday kind of doing jobs are being changed or new ones invented. however everybody age, everyday new things standing out in front of people.

i intent to say about elder people because most of them are not interested in computers and softwares ( Information techs)
