I am committed to Self -Training and coaching in management practice led by the management guru Henry Mintzberg. His book MANAGING is a winner of best management book awarded by The Chartered Management Institute in 2010. He is developing management coaching community where managers can share their skills in natural and practical management. They are always on the look out for stimulating topics presented in a compelling way. Currently developing topics that would be suitable across all cultures including Japan, China, Africa, Europe, etc.
