I am doing research into CPD for another institute I am a member of.

I would welcome your comments of the  whole aspect of CPD, good, bad or indifferent, what you like, what you don't like and do you think it is a valuable asset to your personel development or a pain ...

I go to great lengths to keep my personal development up to scratch but can't say I have ever gone to the effort of logging what I've learnt.
