Management Today ran an article about Liverpool in its latest edition, highlighting a number of start-ups that could help aid the cities recovery from recession, such as:

  • Darkstar Laser; and
  • The Shipping Forecast

Are start-ups a key to Liverpool's future?  How easy is it to start a new company in Liverpool?

This sort of column doesn't help Liverpool in the slightest (terrible journalism btw)
