Merging Department of Business Process, MIS and QHSE

History

Business process department just be established to improve Company Business Process. The future development of business process will be whole supply chain management.

MIS department is having a part time manager which unable to achieve expected objective i.e. no create value to smooth the information flow speed and accuracy.

QHSE do not have manager to lead, which this department is running major 2 functions i.e. Certification of Intergrated Management System and Safety control in operation.

Challenges

For MIS, Quality and Certification part is not an issue for merging because most of them are showing positive to business process which bring value to customer and company. Safety Control will bring certain difficulties because it is in-direct & normally is firmly fixed & controlled with certain legal and standard.

My suggestion

I will develop this few teams with one concept but for safety team i will lead them separately in minimize the interest conflict.

Now I'm in confusing minds to design the strategy. I need some advise from other members.
