As a young manager which company would you most like to work for?

Google beat Apple as the employer for whom younger professionals would most like to work, a survey found. That ranking reflects a great deal of effort on Google's part, experts say.

Who would top your list?
Although industries surrounding technology have been growing and obtained the most focus lately, I would happily like to work for a Real Estate company such as Rockerfeller Group purely based on personal interests (although I know it's not on any Top employer lists).
I believe that most young people tend to follow trends and speculate what would be beneficial for long term careers rather than anything short term considering the increase in employment availability.
I'm only 21, yet many students and graduates that I know seem to have their mind set on entering either the technology or financial industries, but what does that leave the other industries when no one is taking interest in them?..
This is what I've come to notice over the past few years as being a developing trend, but of course with this point there are many situations that I haven't taken into consideration yet am aware of, such as consideration to those people who are not in continual study but work their way up through experience or family members brought up through businesses to one day manage companies and so on..
Good point Ben. You have things like the Mittlestand in Germany that are chock full of 'boring' and unfashionable companies, yet they are thriving internationally and would provide an excellent career for a youngster. Whether many aspire to such a career however I don't know.
