Integrated Leadership Event - 18 November 2010
Management development trainer Cathy Blades MCMI will deliver a talk for CMI Solent and Women in Management Hampshire & West Sussex on the Integrated Leadership Concept.
This seminar will focus on helping managers develop a global understanding of leadership and how this is the key to improving individual and organisational performance. Providers of this seminar, AQR Ltd/ TCA Consultants, said: "Until now there has been little work done to explain how leadership models relate to one another. This programme, the Integrated Leadership Concept, achieves this. Most models are interrelated."
The result of this remarkable research programme centred in a real world situation showed that there are two key dimensions:
• Leadership Style - the micro picture which describes how we operate on a day to day basis, this is situational
• Global Leadership Factors - the macro picture of Leadership which indicates leadership effectiveness.
Delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions, engage in discussion and contribute to the ongoing development.
All attendees will have an opportunity to complete the Integrated Leadership Concept ILM72 FOC.

Hi John, this sounds interesting, so I did a Google search for 'Integrated Leadership Concept', and this post came up 1st in the search results (which is kinda cool for CMI), but I was wondering how widespread the whole thing is?
