Are businesses projects? Do you want to know how to achieve exceptional results within a business?

Are people fundamental to achieving success? If this is the case then why are the key PM techniques based on systems and processes? People are much more important.

Do your projects overrun time and cost? There is a world-wide statistic that says 80% of projects overrun time and cost whilst keeping to scope. Is it possible to turn this round to achieve 80% on time?

This evening's talk will be introducing techniques that will get the best out of people and achieve exceptional results.
