Chairman Designate and Treasurer - Miss Charlene Cantwell MCMI

I am the Chairman Designate for the CMI Tayside branch, the treasurer for Scotland and young manager champion for Scotland. I became a full member of the CMI in 2005, after completing my Diploma in Management at Dundee college. I then gained a CIPD certificate in People Management and Development at Carnegie College in Dunfermline, before transferring over to the CMI Executive Diploma in Management and CIPD Leadership and Management field, which awarded me licentiate membership of the CIPD.  I currently work in the Scottish Government as a Policy Advisor in the Employability & Tackling Poverty Division. Prior to this post, I had been a team leader in the HR Shared Service Centre of the Scottish Government for 3 years.

Programme Secretary - Mr Jim MacGregor MCMI

I am the Programme Secretary for the Tayside Branch.  I worked as a motor mechanic initially, whilst also working in a bar which is where my affiliation with the drinks industry started.   Since then I have held a number of management and sales roles within the UK drinks industry, including Carlsberg.  I am currently Trading Business Partner for Heineken in Edinburgh looking after the South of the UK.  I gained a HNC in Business in 2006, Diploma in Management in 2007 with the CMI and completed my MBA in 2009 with Edinburgh Napier University.  I enjoy running and restoring classic cars.

Data Manager - Mrs Dawn McKaig FCMI

I am the Data Manager for Tayside Branch.  I am currently the Managing Director of 20|20 Business Management a training and consultancy company which specialises in accredited, bespoke and customised learning interventions which meet the organisational and people development needs of our clients.  We deliver our programmes globally and work predominantly within the Oil & Gas, Engineering Construction Industry the Public sectors. I have held this position for 2 years. Prior to this I was the Director of Elite Events Scotland and events management company which specialised in educational events for children. I have over 20 years management experience both in the Public and Private Sectors and I am committed to my own continual professional development.  I hold a postgraduate Diploma in Enterprise Creation and a BA (hons) in Criminology. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and also of the Higher Education Academy.
