How do you maintain morale in the recession?

In the current business environment maintaining the morale of the workforce and ensuring effective teamwork is a key skill for managers and has never been more important. With this in mind Warrington branch has arranged for a presentation on this subject to be given by two members of the Dale Carnegie organisation working in the North West, Amanda Duggan, Director of Project Delivery for Dale Carnegie in the North of England, and her colleague trainer and business coach Graham Perkins.

Between them they work with executives and senior managers at companies across the north of England including the Adidas group, Paymex Group (Baines & Ernst), Burnley Borough Council, Emerson Process Management, and Yorkshire and the Humber Strategic Health Authority.

This presentation replaces the event originally arranged for 21st January and will now take place on Wednesday 17th February 2010 at the Ramada Encore Hotel, Birchwood, Warrington. Registration will take place from 6.00 p.m., and as always the event will start with a free buffet and an opportunity to network with fellow members, followed by the presentation at around 7.00 p.m.
