Understanding what employers require from a Chartered award for Managers

I I'm looking for some contacts who are employed in Learning and Development/HR who could answer some questions I have on their organisations engagement with charterships in general (any chartership), how important they see a management chartership being to them (now or in the future), what they'd want from it and what they think to the existing Chartered Manager Award.

Through this information I would be better able to target employers to raise awareness of the value of the award and to get them to support it.
