If you have not previously logged in to our website, please do the following:
- Enter your membership number - found on your membership card or magazine/ journal label – as your user name.
- Please ensure your number is input with nine digits, adding 0's at the start of the number where necessary.
- Enter your date of birth as the password - using the format dd/mm/yyyy.
- After you have logged in for the first time you will be able to choose your own username and password.
If you joined CMI online, or if you have registered as an e-member, then your e-mail address is your username and you should use the password that you have selected.
