OUBS - Krisztina Gaal CMgr
Earning the title definitely increased my confidence and my belief in myself. Discussions via LinkedIn, the articles in Professor Manager and especially the checklists and webinars are immediate support in my career and every day.
I learned about the opportunity to apply for Chartered Manager status via an e-mail from OUBS Alumni Service. It was an invitation to attend the webinar which highlighted the benefits of becoming a Chartered Manager. After that I was sure that applying for this status will be the right decision.
Becoming Chartered Manager definitely gave me the opportunity to learn new techniques, to develop my skills and wider my point of view when dealing with people, and looking at the organisation. The application process was very interesting, it was like writing a TMA but emphasising my managerial skills and experience. My assessor was extremely supportive and during our talks he encouraged me to promote my leadership and management skills.
Earning the title of Chartered Manager definitely increased my confidence and my belief in myself. Discussions via LinkedIn, the articles in the Professional Manager magazine and especially the checklists and webinars are immediate support in my career on every day.
