Have around 3 decades of experience in various businesses in different countries. Starting from R&D, reached the level of Managing Director. Have headed different functions like engineering, marketing, HR, Technology and as Director and Managing Director in companies.

Have developed successful strategies and led business, innovatively during different cycles of business. Have created value for businesses, typically increasing top line by 65% and bottom line by 12%.

A PhD in Marketing analytics, member of Chartered Management Institute, UK, founder member  and Council Member of Strategic Management Forum(Global).Some of the Clients where co consultant for Chain Sys India Pvt. Ltd., Sconce Solutions ,Singapore and Third Wave research, Wisconsin.

Certified in Lean management Six Sigma and Business Analysis, endorsed by IIBA, Canada. Obtained Global certification in analytics and predictive modelling from SAS, USA. Have presented papers in International seminars.

With unending quest for knowledge and curiosity my passions are strategies, consumer behaviour, analytics, mathematical modelling, complexity and uncertainty.
Travelled extensively in Europe, parts of U.S., India, Middle East, South East Asia and Japan. 

Have formulated and successfully implemented strategies in marketing, HR, systems, IT and performance management which resulted in weathering downturns and setting the business on growth path .Have been successful in problem solving and have saved millions of dollars for various businesses. Have applied analytics and predictive modelling to develop credit scoring, default prediction models, up selling and cross selling for financial services and strategies for software, mobile marketing, telecom, publishing, bio technology, food retailing etc.
