Christopher Bond CMgr MCMI
Chris Bond is a member of the Business School Executive and Programme Director for the MBA at the University of Roehampton Business School London. Chris teaches organisational behaviour and has particular expertise in teaching cross cultural management, change management and leadership. In 1994 Chris was awarded a UK National Teaching Fellowship in recognition of excellence and outstanding achievement to the sector.
Chris has been an academic for 22 years and has wide experience in the public sector and working with SMEs on organisational development, particularly in international contexts. Chris has delivered lectures, undertaken consultancy assignments and conducted research in over 30 countries worldwide. Chris has himself visited 104 countries to date. He has mainly been involved in organisational development and HR related consultancy work. Chris has spent two periods working on secondment to the National Health Service Executive and was Assistant Director of the Institute of Health and Care Development for 18 months.
Chris's research and publications are in the broad area of organisational studies and encompass studies into professional identity, transformational change, organisational and employee development.
