Douglas is chief executive of the Open Learning Partnership, an educational charity specialising in the intelligent use of technology to expand workplace and community learning.
Previously he was director of communications at the PCS trade union, and before that, course director of the TUC's national education centre.
He specialises in project development using open source technology, team building and employee engagement, and developing collaboration and creativity using Web 2.0 tools.
