Feras combines his coaching and mentoring skills in positions that have included leading and developing high-performing regional teams across sales and marketing and strategic T&D functions to deliver Commercial Transformation; working for some of the largest and most respected companies in the Region.

               

He brings with him a decade of experience, he was assigned as the Head of Academy at Casino group for Middle East & Asia till 2008. Prior to this, he was the Former Manager of the commercial operations at Orascom Telecom in Levant & Asia. From 1999 till 2005,  Following a successful 5 year track record of smashing targets, Feras led a national transformation programme which became the largest and most successful in Orascom Telecom Levant and Asia. 

While Feras has provided 'on the job' leadership coaching, and acted as a negotiating adviser, managing large customer portfolios and budgets for over 10 years. He has spent the past 5 and a half years providing executive coaching to hundreds of senior managers to increase their political agility and managerial competencies to produce transformative powers and speed And He has consulted with key leaders on numerous strategic alliance management in private practices.
