Keith Grieve MCMI
Keith Grieve is one of the HR Business Partners at the Government Legal Department (GLD) in the Civil Service, the government’s principal legal advisers. In his advice and support to senior colleagues, he focuses on the promotion of leadership and good management through staff engagement, talent management, strategic workforce planning and capability building.
Until February 2016, he has also been Head, People Development Team with overall responsibility for GLD’s in-house provision of professional training and learning & development delivered through Civil Service Learning, an online resources platform for developing skills common in all Civil Service roles.
In his previous role within Civil Service HR, he was a leading member of an internal communications campaign to promote and embed good management, focusing on the manager as leader, developer and supporter. He has been an advocate throughout his career of good management and team leadership for business benefit and personal development.
