Kevin Ruck CMgr MCMI
Kevin is a qualified teacher and coach and has taught business studies and corporate communication for eight years.
He is the editor of the text book ‘Exploring Internal Communication’ and is course leader for CIPR internal communication qualifications.
He has a degree in psychology, gained a distinction in his MBA from the Open University in 2007 and is currently working on his PhD in internal communication measurement at the University of Central Lancashire.
Kevin held a number of communication positions at BT plc, including Head of Communication in BT Ignite, one of its global businesses, in the late 1990s. He also worked as an internal communication consultant in BT's IT division.
