Dr Jumaa believes that management should not be seen as elitist. His and others’ research have shown it can be learned. These beliefs were at the core of the activities of his legacy to the London Middlesex University (LMU). The Centre at the LMU, which Dr Jumaa established and served as the Director (1995 - 2004) is a phenomenal successful project on many levels: innovative, educationally inspiring and financially lucrative. This is why, in September 2009, it was re-located to the London Middlesex University Business School. This successful CMI Approved Centre for MLD, one of the first such CMI centres in the UK, celebrated its 20 years anniversary in June 2015. A great achievement by any standard. A legacy that CKW UK Ltd and Dr Chief Mansour Jumaa are very proud of. Evidence of continuing exceptional quality assurance.
Through his own company, A CMI Approved Multisite Overseas Centre, CKW UK - Centre for Knowledge at Work UK Ltd (then L4T), Mansour has worked successfully in Africa as Consultant, Mentor and Executive Business Coach using an evidence based practice approach. Thanks to Visionaries like Rev. Fr. Dr George Ehusani, Former Secretary General and Dr Wanda Alli-Balogun, former National Health Secretary, CSN - Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria, two of CKW UK’s Learners from the African Consultancy won prestigious awards from the CMI London and South-East Regions. Dr Jumaa was also installed as a Chief in July 2006, in appreciation of his contributions as the Lead Consultant for the African Project.

Through CKW UK Dr Jumaa is dedicated to convince his clients that management and leadership is at the core of ALL activities - Work, Rest and Play - Managing Change and Leading People. That Chartered Manager, as the CMI asserts, isn't just about recognition or fancy letters after your name. To become one, you must embody excellence in management and leadership in every way.
