Nick Elton CMgr FCMI

Nick is a police officer serving in the South West Region. He joined the service in 1994 and has spent the majority of his service within the Road Policing arena. From 2006 until 2011 he successfully reduced the number of annual fatal road collisions in an area of the South West. He has a successful track record in project management, problem solving, leadership, performance management/improvement and consultancy. Nick has extensive management development experience and is one of only a handful of police officers across the UK who has been awarded Chartered Fellow within the CMI.

He is a Police Federation workplace representative and is currently the sole official Police Federation Representative to the College of Policing.

Nick is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a member of the Institute of Directors and deputy chair of the Complaints and Investigation Committee.
