Paul Sypko MA (Oxon) CMC FIC CMgr FCMI CBA FinstLM
Paul Sypko has just under 15 years’ experience working as a management consultant. His work focuses on enabling client organisations to become more effective and efficient, particularly through the strategic and operational use of information systems.
Paul holds a MA (Oxon) degree from the University of Oxford (Economics and Management, St. John’s College), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and joint Chief National Assessor for the internationally-recognised ‘Certified Management Consultant’ (CMC) qualification and accredited practices schemes. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered Manager, a Certified Business Advisor, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a member of the British Computer Society ‘Elite’ (Effective Leadership in IT) group.
Paul is a Partner in Adapta Consulting, a firm which specialises in the not-for-profit sector. He has led projects for more than 100 organisations, including charities, membership organisations, trade associations, royal colleges, professional institutes, unions, non-departmental public bodies, and other not-for-profit and commercial organisations in a variety of projects. Previously, Paul has held senior positions in not-for-profit specialists Sayer Vincent and BlueSpark Consulting, as well as for Booz & Company, a leading firm of strategy consultants, where he was awarded their prestigious Professional Excellence Award while acting as a project manager for a multinational oil company.
