Peter Saban CMgr FCMI
Peter has over 35 years of public sector experience with 8 years at a senior management level. He has a depth of experience around front line service delivery both from a tactical and strategic position. In addition he has a wealth of corporate experience in all aspects and roles within projects and programmes in support of technology, strategic alliances, change management, workforce modernisation agenda and providing added value to the business supporting both Programme and Executive Boards.
To support this he is qualified as a senior user, provider, business change manager and subject matter expert as well as senior responsible officer. Peter has also operated within various education and training sectors within national and international settings designing and delivering nationally accredited courses as well as bespoke training events. He is an Associate Lecturer teaching at level 7 and works with not for profit as well as commercial organisations.
He is currently a strategic manager organising negotiators and is also a freelance management consultant.
