Zoe De Haes
Zoe de Haes is a Change Manager in the Shift Surrey innovation team, at Surrey County Council. Shift Surrey was launched in February 2013. It uses design, technology and change skills to tackle critical problems.
Zoe played a key part in establishing the Shift Surrey innovation lab, and Design Thinking as a new approach to innovation within the council. She managed the implementation of a number of software applications used by people within the council and the public. She is currently working with Children’s Services on how we better understand experiences of children, young people and families, as well as designing and implementing tools to improve front line practice.
Zoe is an appointed member of the national Chartered Management Institute Women in Management Advisory Committee. She is also National Graduate Development Programme and City Year alumni.
