Institute of Business Consulting

Formed in April 2007 by the merger of the Institute of Business Advisers and the Institute of Management Consultancy, the Institute encompasses the entire profession of consultants and advisers with a membership touching on all areas of the UK economy.
Combined with the influence and resources of the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute is in the unique position of supporting individuals whose collective impact is to enhance performance in small and large organisations across the private, public and voluntary sectors.

With groups across the UK offering a varied programme of events, WiM Network offers:
- a supportive, dynamic environment for women managers from all sectors
- the exchange of ideas, good practice and impartial practical advice
- the opportunity to reach your true potential
Our members come from a wide range of sectors and professions. They include women at all stages of their career - from those taking the first steps into management through to senior executives in the boardroom - and women requiring an active retirement, thinking of returning to work or taking a career break. Some members work in major corporations or in the public sector; others run their own business or consultancy.

Management Standards Centre

The Management Standards Centre creates a UK partnership of employers and other key stakeholders to lead the professional development of all those working the field of management and leadership.
It endeavours to fulfill the needs of employers by developing a skilled management workforce through promoting a nationally recognised set of standards and qualifications which have full employer 'ownership' and relevance.
