CMI’s latest survey shows that nearly half of all workers quit their jobs because of bad management and managers.  The figures, from a survey conducted by OnePoll, show that 49% are prepared to take a pay cut to work with a better manager.

No wonder, when 68% of managers say they're only doing the job by 'accident' and 63% admit they haven't had management training.
