Media careers survey

Do you work in the media industries? If so, then the Chartered Management Institute and Women in Journalism want to find out what impact your gender has had on your career progression.

According to recent research, women remain under-represented in senior roles in the media: is this the case? What can be done to change this?

Please spare 5 minutes to answer questions on your career and experiences to date, be it as a journalist, researcher, manager or editor working in the press, TV or radio. Your anonymous input will feed into a nationwide study looking at whether merit alone enables career progression in the media - or if gender bias is at play.

You have until 11pm on Wednesday 11 March to complete the survey.
