Creating Dynamic Leadership

The North East, Yorkshire and Humberside's 2008 regional convention was held at the luxurious Oulton Hall on 22nd May.

The theme of this convention was ‘Creating Dynamic Leadership' and it provided a toolkit for self improvement and management development via a variety of tools and techniques underpinned by expert knowledge and reinforced by powerful insights.

There was three highly interactive workshops to choose from during the convention and the keynote speaker was leading business writer and entrepreneur, Steve Parks, ‘Creating Dynamic Leadership"

Steve’s keynote presentation investigated the mindset for creating dynamic leadership and described the holistic and often non-linear procedures associated with this creative and innovative approach.

Trustees and Directors of the Institute were in attendance and there was a formal opportunity after afternoon tea to engage in a debate on the progress the Institute has made over the past twelve months.
