In our practice, we have found that focusing our clients on being market-driven is useful for both their marketing efforts to improve financial performance and their innovation approach to grow their business. It implies more that just a customer focus, particularly if it is a transactional customer in an extended value chain. The term market implies the total market place - value chain and influencers - down to the end customer. Having a leadership with a market-driven mindset makes everything else much easier. Having leaders without it makes most things almost impossible. What kind of company are you working for? You can really help it if you become market-driven. www.molecule2market.com
