Diary of an Intern- Day 4

Day four, so I am nearly at the end of my first week and it all seems to have gone rather quickly as I have been kept pretty busy!  I am currently working on the internet Media Guide, reviewing and thinking about ideas for a redesign which is a project which I have been set by the Press and PR Manager Mike who I met with yesterday to learn more about the Press Office and dealing with the media. 

Along with that I have been introduced to Narinder who is the Ambassadors and Companions Manager and she told me all about these programmes and how they have been set up so people with experience and a passion for management and leadership can help others in various ways, including sharing their experiences and acting as role models to the next generation of managers as well as current members of the CMI.  Hopefully I will be working with her over the next few weeks, helping out in whatever way I can as I feel it is a brilliant way for sucessful managers to give something back and raise awareness of the services CMI can provide on every level.
