Live Blog from the CMI National Conference
Submitted by Adrian Gaskell MCMI on Wed, 14/10/2009 - 13:24
The CMI National Conference comes to town tomorrow with a great event lined up. I'll be taking my laptop along so hope to see many of you there. For those unable to attend I'll be live blogging from the event so you can get a feel for what's going on. You can participate in the event using the window below, or alternatively by using the #CMIconf hash tag on Twitter. At 3.20pm we'll be running a live Question Time style debate on the importance of management development. I've managed to secure a question for all of you virtual attendees so post one up if you'd like to ask our expert panel a question (panel consists of Professor Julia King, Ruth Spellman, Jonathan Kestenbaum, Chris Humphries and Lord Eatwell).

Thanks for joining us Mike, happy to help. I'll get the videos up as soon as possible.
That was a good accomplishment the live blog, looking forward to seeing the video, shame it isn't up yet.
That was really useful, thanks for putting that on throughout the day. Look forward to the videos going live.
Agreed that was interesting, having not been to one in my time here, it was nice to be a bit more a part of it.
Thanks Adi, I would have really liked to have attended but really appreciated getting a flavour of the event and key points here. Some good soundbites, I like the 'Management is hardware, Leadership is software' comment!
Is there a similar liveblog of the dinner and the 'aftershow party' ; ) ?
Any eta on when the videos will be available, and I am sorry to hear of your loss at the conference. I hope it is found soon!
Hi Barnaby, I'll find out and post up as soon as possible.
Hi all,
I'm currently uploading the Conference videos so they should start appearing on the web throughout the day.
