APPRENTICES IN BUSINESS - YOUR UNDERSTANDING
I would be interested to understand what we know about Apprentices.
There are many Government funded initiatives trying to address the issue of creating more career opportunities for young people.
Many of the initiatives have been around for many years in one form or another, but the important question is:
Does business understand how Apprentices may support their business resource strategy?

As a Senior Manager in a Private Training Provider of Apprentices I would be really interested to hear from employers their understanding. We are actively trying to engage with employers so that apprentices make a positive contribution and apart from the usual TNA/ONA that we do it would be good to know how we can support businesses.
