CHANGE

Its My First Entry in to the World of Blogging ...... lets see how it goes ........

the topic i have chosen is the most talked about in the world of Business today ..... CHANGE ...... One thing that we hear from any Lecturer in the Classroom about change is "Any thing constant in Business is Change" ............ so if the Business is constantly changing ... then Question Arises How do we keep ourselves upto it .... and this put forward the Second Question .... IS change a Mess or an Opportunity   

well as for me ..... its an Opportunity .... if Wasted creates a Mess ....... but the Mess itself Creates an Opportunity for Learning and Change ...... so its never a Mess but always a chance to move forward .... develop ..... and Learn ..... and if the Learning from CHANGE is fruitful the end product could very well be DEVELOPMENT ......
