I've no idea to be honest, but then there's a huge difference between having a plan and actually following it through.  With working online now it's not a huge issue to work from home for me but I'm not aware of any plan as such.

Not that I know of.  It was all done very much on the fly.  Some people could get in, some couldn't and we just coped the best we could.  No one referred to any pre-determined plan.

No formal plan here as such but we can easily work from home if we need to.  And in my case, work is only a one-mile walk away anyway.
