This year thirteen outstanding Chartered Managers are in the contention for theo overall Chartered Manager of the Year title. All of them are winners, having come top in the regions and countries where they live and work.
The winners represent a wide range of industries and sectors and have all in their different ways made a difference in their workplaces through either:
· Achieving significant cultural change
· Making a major contribution to community & environmental agenda
· Overcoming significant resistance and personal risk through resilience
· Demonstrating exceptional use of leadership, influencing & communication skills
· Making and delivering significant levels of added value for stakeholders
· Applying a significant amount of creativity and innovation.
All thirteen winners will be invited to make a case to be considered as the overall CMI Chartered Manager of the year, to be presented at the Institute’s National Conference in October.
