Q. Is there a limit to how many friends and colleagues I can introduce to become Chartered Managers?
A. No, you can introduce as many friends and colleagues as you like and receive a reward for each person who registers to undertake the Chartered Manager assessment.
Q. What are the criteria for a successful referral?
A. The referral must join CMI as a full paying member and regsiter for Chartered Manager, paying their registration fee for you to qualify for the reward. They must not have previously registered for Chartered Manager. Vouchers will be awarded based on the assessment route the referral qualifies for;
- Professional Discussion route - £50
- Fellow assessment route - £25
Q. Will my friends and colleagues know that I have referred them to become a Chartered Manager?
A. Yes, your name will appear on the email they receive. You can click the ‘Preview Message’ button on the website to see the email or letter they receive.
Q. How will I know if my referred friend/colleague has registered as a Chartered Manager?
A. Firstly, we will send you a confirmation email. Your vouchers will then be posted out to you directly from Marks and Spencer PLC.
Q. What is the reward for recommending a friend/colleague?
A. For every successful referral you will receive Marks and Spencers vouchers worth £25 if your referral is a Fellow member of CMI or £50 if they are not a member and undertake the Professional Discussion assessment route after firstly becoming a CMI member.
Q. When will my voucher(s) arrive?
A. We will endeavour to post vouchers within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Q. What if my voucher(s) fails to arrive?
A. If your referral has registered as a Chartered Managemer and paid their registration fee and you have not received your voucher within 28 days, please email your name, house number, postcode, email address (the one you used when you referred your friend or colleague), your membership number and your friend’s details to cmgr@managers.org.uk and we’ll look into this for you.
Q. Is there an alternative to the advertised voucher?
A. There is no cash alternative.
